Education & work experience
David is currently a Partner with Tropical Law Advocates.
He has with him fifteen years experience from both the public
and private sector. He worked as a Project Advocate in charge
of Western Region and later Advocate in charge of Succession
and land matters with both portfolios held at Uganda Law Society.
This position fortified his expertise in among others land,
family and succession matters and alternative dispute resolution.
As a private practitioner with Bwambale Musede & Co. Advocates, where he was
the managing partner, he was instrumental in carrying out several commercial
transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. His practice areas are in contract
negotiation, land transactions and resettlement, company and corporate transactions,
family and succession, Tax Law and general legal advisory services.
